About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Catering Attendant at Intel RNB Cafe in Santa Clara, California. The role delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain and ensures events are executed accurately during the shift. Duties may include driving a catering delivery truck. The attendant sets up and serves at functions, cleans event areas during and after events, breaks down setups, and promptly returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The pay range is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour. Applicants must have at least two years of B&I Corporate Dining catering attendant experience. A valid driver's license may be required, and applicants must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law. Requirements

At least 2 years of B&I Corporate Dining catering attendant experience.
A valid driver's license may be required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
Must be able to perform the essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
Log and maintain food temperatures.
Arrange tables and decorations.
Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to standards.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Thoroughly clean the location after each event.
Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
Provide guests with friendly, courteous service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
May drive a catering delivery truck.
