About The Position

Toucan Gaming is hiring a Casino Manager for its Greenwood, Louisiana location. The manager will lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations at a video poker gaming and amusements venue, helping maintain a welcoming guest experience and an effective, compliant workplace. The role calls for a hands-on leader who can coach employees, manage operations and cash, enforce rules, and contribute ideas in collaboration with upper management.

The position is full-time and pays $15–$20 per hour based on experience. The schedule includes days and evenings, with occasional weekend shifts; the manager must also be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid ID is required, and a gaming permit is needed after hire. Physical requirements include standing, lifting, and moving.

Requirements

• Valid ID.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, time tracking, phones, and fax.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor by example and coach employees in real time.
• Train and guide team members.
• Hire new team members.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and address concerns calmly.
• Manage schedules, paperwork, inventory, and daily operations.
• Keep the venue clean and safe.
• Follow procedures and policies for operating video poker machines and other equipment.
• Maintain licenses, permits, compliance, and company standards.
• Collaborate with upper management and share ideas to drive results.
• Manage cash, drops, balances, and reporting accurately.
• Enforce rules while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
• Be prepared to assist with a range of tasks, including coaching, cleaning, and compliance.
