About The Position

The Casino Beverage Manager at MGM National Harbor leads beverage operations across casino and cocktail service venues. The manager is responsible for operational efficiency, financial performance, marketing execution, inventory, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and maintaining beverage preparation and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across casino and cocktail service venues.
• Lead and develop Assistant Managers and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and costs of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies to drive financial performance.
• Execute marketing strategies and promotions to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
• Maintain inventory levels and complete requisitions to support business demands.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and state liquor regulations.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and team engagement initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, products, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Foster accountability, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
