About The Position

As a Surveillance Operator at MGM National Harbor, you’ll be part of a high-impact team working behind the scenes to protect the heart of the casino. You’ll collaborate with partner departments to help ensure a safe, fair, and secure environment for employees and guests, while upholding standards of integrity and compliance.

The role uses surveillance technology to monitor casino activity, identify suspicious behavior, protect guests, employees, and assets, review video footage, investigate incidents, and document findings. The operator is expected to learn game rules, regulations, and surveillance software and work with teams across the property to support casino operations and the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong math skills.

• Previous casino surveillance experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live casino activity using surveillance technology and identify suspicious behavior.
• Help protect guests, employees, and casino assets.
• Review video footage, investigate incidents, and document key findings.

• Collaborate with teams across the property to support casino safety, integrity, and the guest experience.
