About The Position

This role involves overseeing the operations of all beverage outlets to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and all relevant regulations. The manager will also be responsible for administrative duties, staffing levels, financial monitoring, and personnel management within the Beverage Department. Requirements

• Experience in beverage management
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
• Ability to monitor and review administrative duties
• Skill in monitoring staffing levels and making adjustments
• Experience assisting with budget goals and financial monitoring
• Proficiency in personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging
• Ability to establish and monitor adherence to service standards

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
