About The Position

The Casino Bar Beverage Manager is responsible for monitoring the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations. This role involves overseeing administrative duties, staffing levels, and financial aspects of the Beverage Department, in addition to personnel management and establishing service standards.

Requirements

• Experience in beverage management
• Knowledge of company standards, policies, and procedures
• Understanding of federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
• Ability to monitor and review administrative duties
• Skills in monitoring staffing levels and making adjustments
• Experience in assisting with budget goals and objectives
• Proficiency in personnel-related matters (interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, discharging)
• Ability to establish and monitor adherence to service standards

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
