About The Position

The Beverage Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group oversees beverage operations at Newcastle Casino. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment with possible exposure to smoke, which may vary by establishment location. The role requires extended periods of standing and movement and lifting heavy objects as needed. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
At least 2 years of experience in a management role in a beverage-related establishment.
Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the establishment’s dress code standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
Train and mentor bar staff to support consistent drink quality and service standards.
