About The Position

The Beverage Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group oversees all aspects of beverage operations at WinStar World Casino Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The role includes developing beverage programs, managing inventory and costs, leading and training bar staff, and ensuring efficient bar operations and exceptional guest experiences. The manager must maintain compliance with applicable liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment. The position requires at least two years of management experience in a beverage-related establishment, strong beverage and mixology knowledge, and the ability to obtain required gaming and Oklahoma liquor licenses. The work is in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to smoke, extended periods of standing and movement, and lifting heavy objects. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
At least 2 years of management experience in a beverage-related establishment.
Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the establishment's dress code.
Able to stand and move for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent drink quality and service standards.
Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, for smooth and efficient service.
