About The Position

The Beverage Manager oversees beverage operations across the establishment, developing beverage programs and menus, managing inventory and costs, and leading bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. The position is based at Newcastle Casino in Newcastle, Oklahoma.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
At least 2 years of experience in a management role in a beverage-related establishment.
Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
