About The Position
Earth Fare Team Members help ensure customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering questions and meeting shopping needs. They help customers select healthy food and wellbeing and household products that meet Earth Fare’s standards. The Cashier manages customer flow by completing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role works with team members and managers across departments to provide helpful service and maintains a clean, attractive checkout area and surrounding merchandising and service areas.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
- Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
- Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
