About The Position

Earth Fare Cashiers help create a fulfilling customer experience by ensuring shoppers’ questions are answered and their needs are met. In support of Earth Fare’s mission of helping people live healthy lives, Team Members help customers find trusted healthy food and high-standard wellbeing and household products. Cashiers manage customer flow and provide quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a welcoming atmosphere. They work with team members and managers across departments to provide helpful answers and service, and maintain a clean, attractive front-end area, including their station and nearby merchandising and service areas. The role is part-time and based at Earth Fare Boone in Boone, North Carolina.

Requirements

Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
