About The Position
Earth Fare Team Members help ensure customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering questions and meeting their shopping needs. The company’s mission is helping people live healthy lives, and Team Members guide customers toward trusted healthy food and high-standard wellbeing and household products. The Cashier manages customer flow by completing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role collaborates with team members and managers across departments to provide helpful answers and service, and maintains a clean, attractive front-end environment, including the cashier station and nearby merchandising and service areas.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
- Able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
- Able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
Responsibilities
