About The Position

The Cashier welcomes guests, explains menu items, takes and accurately enters orders, processes payments, and presents orders with all necessary items. The role also includes taking orders outside using tablets, stocking supplies, preparing drinks, assisting in the kitchen as needed, and cleaning guest areas, including restrooms. The cashier thanks guests for their business and helps maintain a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
• Explain menu items and answer guests’ product questions.
• Take guests’ orders accurately.
• Accept payment and make change correctly.
• Operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts.
• Take orders outside on tablets.
• Present orders to guests properly with all necessary items.
• Thank each guest for their business.
• Stock adequate supplies behind the counter and in the dining area.
• Prepare drinks and assist in the kitchen as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Clean all guest areas, including restrooms.
• Remove trash from receptacles and place it at the rear of the building.
