About The Position
Back of House team members are an integral part of the Zaxbys team and help ensure guests receive a quality, craveable meal. The role offers valuable life experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. No experience is necessary. The position is available full-time or part-time, with day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
- Explain the menu and answer product questions.
- Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
- Present orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare beverages and assist with preparing sauces, salads, produce, and other items.
- Clean and maintain guest areas.
- Perform additional customer-service-related tasks.
