About The Position
As a Back of the House Team Member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and portion standards, read orders, and prepare food accurately and efficiently. You will also help maintain clean, stocked food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations, follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.
Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
