About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is hiring a bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to work directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. The position handles fact-finding projects and gathers and organizes documents and information. The Case Manager should be comfortable in an office environment, familiar with Microsoft Office, and strong in verbal and written communication. This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The firm requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong customer service skills, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Legal experience is preferred.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and co-workers.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry.
Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
Handle incoming calls and other communications with clients and third parties.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Maintain and organize electronic case files.
Collect, review, and verify medical bills, liens, declaration pages, payment logs, and other materials from third parties.
Work in a team-centered environment and communicate with teammates about all aspects of cases.
Manage a high volume of clients while maintaining organization and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
