About The Position

Empower individuals, build stability, and foster hope. As a Case Manager at FrontLine Service, you’ll be at the heart of community-based mental health support. Your Role: Be an advocate and partner for individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Connect clients to housing, healthcare, and substance use support. Provide outreach and transportation to ensure no one is left behind.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with or passionate about supporting vulnerable populations
  • A valid Ohio driver’s license.
