In CORE II , Case Managers help clients develop essential life skills, navigate challenges, and stay connected to the resources that support long-term stability and success. Through encouragement, advocacy, and individualized support, you'll help empower clients to build confidence, strengthen independence, and move closer to their personal goals. Case Managers provide psychosocial rehabilitative services as indicated by the client’s care plan to support clients in meeting their individualized goals. Case Managers are responsible for utilizing evidence-based practices, meeting fiscal responsibilities, and ensuring that regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.
