The Case Manager Supervisor reports to the Director of Social Services and is responsible for the guidance, support, development, and intervention of assigned caseworkers. This role involves creating caseloads, reviewing intake packets, and actively participating in improving processes, procedures, and policies. The supervisor ensures compliance with documentation, timely processing of forms, and the completion of initial social service assessments within 48 hours of client arrival. They also ensure case managers obtain necessary client information, evaluate resident capabilities, and inspect case records for completeness and quality of independent living plans. Additionally, the supervisor reviews referrals, participates in case conferences, performs incident report follow-ups, and educates staff on clinical services, programs, and community resources. Support is provided to caseworkers through additional resources for professional development and client services. Supervisory review notes may be required, and the role may involve conducting initial assessments, biopsychosocial assessments, and ILPs. The supervisor is also required to carry a caseload as directed and perform other related duties.
