The Arizona Families in Recovery Succeeding Together (F.I.R.S.T.; AFF) program supports parents, caregivers, and families referred by the Department of Child Safety whose substance use has become a barrier to stability, reunification, and long-term success. Through a wide range of structured services, AFF helps individuals reduce or eliminate dependence on alcohol and drugs while also addressing challenges that impact family well-being and self-sufficiency. Services are available in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings, including detoxification, methadone maintenance, and recovery support programs. The Case Manager II Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) plays an important role by conducting initial assessments, coordinating care, and supporting clients in achieving their treatment and case plan goals. This position provides advocacy, follow-up assistance, referrals, and documentation to ensure quality services and contract compliance. With services delivered in homes, offices, and community settings, the Case Manager II BHT helps families access the resources they need to heal, reunify, and thrive.
