About The Position

The Case Manager Registered Nurse is a work-from-home position requiring travel within Maricopa County, Arizona, to visit members. The role coordinates, documents, and communicates all aspects of the utilization and benefit management program. The nurse applies critical thinking and clinical knowledge to support clinically appropriate treatment, evidence-based care, and medical necessity criteria, providing members with care coordination, support, and education through care management tools and resources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Active RN license valid in Arizona.
• Must reside in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Maricopa County, Arizona.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience in case management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.
• Previous experience collaborating with medical professionals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities
