About The Position

The Part-Time Carton Handler – Foods role supports production by cleaning, loading, and monitoring cartons used to package products. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas, pays $21.42 per hour, and is scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. On-the-job training is provided through hands-on and classroom instruction. The work takes place in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and involves being on the go for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and off shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and load cartons to keep production running smoothly.
• Sanitize cartons according to established safety and sanitation practices.
• Monitor carton operators to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage carton inventory and keep work areas organized.
• Recycle old cardboard cartons and support site sustainability practices.
