About The Position

The Part-Time Carton Handler supports food production by cleaning and loading cartons and monitoring carton operations so products move safely through packaging. The role helps keep production of brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos running smoothly. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and the stated schedule is Friday and Saturday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training is provided. The workplace is fast-paced and hands-on, with activity throughout most of the day, including lifting, bending, and moving products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and load cartons to keep production running smoothly.
• Sanitize cartons according to established safety and sanitation practices.
• Monitor carton operators to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage carton inventory and keep work areas organized.
• Recycle old cardboard cartons and support site sustainability practices.
