About The Position

Move beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos through the warehouse with accuracy and care, ensuring stores receive the right products to keep communities stocked. This role involves loading and unloading pallets and individual cases, picking cases to fill orders, and loading trailers. The employee will safely operate a forklift after receiving training and obtaining certification, and will maintain general housekeeping and complete sanitation tasks as required.

The position includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on workplace where employees are on the go for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving product throughout their shift. The role is located in Boylston, Massachusetts, pays $27.17 per hour, and lists Sunday and Friday as work days, with scheduling possible on any day Monday through Thursday. The listed shift runs from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Weekend, holiday, and off-shift work is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access plant areas.

• Work weekends, holidays, and off shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after receiving training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
