About The Position

Move beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos through the warehouse with accuracy and care, ensuring stores receive the right products to keep communities stocked. This role involves loading, unloading, and picking products, operating a forklift after training and certification, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping and sanitation. The position is based in West Valley City, Utah, and pays $27.11 per hour. Work days are Wednesday through Saturday. The Wednesday shift starts at 12:00 PM; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts start at 6:00 AM. All shifts end at 6:00 PM.

The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with employees on the go for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving products. The role requires weekend and holiday work, as well as off-shift work. Employees receive hands-on and classroom training.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after completing company-provided training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
