About The Position

Move brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos through the warehouse accurately and carefully so stores receive the right products. The role involves loading, unloading, picking, and moving products, as well as maintaining housekeeping and sanitation standards. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. This is a fast-paced, hands-on workplace where employees are on the go for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Must be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Must be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after completing company-provided training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
