About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Gill, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is open to caregivers at all experience levels, including CNA, HHA, PCA, and Homemaker positions. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required; free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. The position offers flexible scheduling, including daytime and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends, and 8–12-hour shifts. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and help with errands.
Provide medication reminders.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
