About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in Upton, Northbridge, Hopedale, Mendon, and Uxbridge, Massachusetts. No experience is required; candidates without experience can receive free Home Health Aide (HHA) training and certification. The posting invites applicants to start immediately. The role offers daily pay and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and block shifts. Eligible employees may receive accrued paid time off, medical insurance for employees working 30 or more hours per week, a 401(k) with company match, AFLAC, and exclusive discounts. Requirements
- Be compassionate, respectful, and dependable.
- Communicate in English at a conversational level.
- Have reliable transportation to client locations in Upton, Northbridge, Hopedale, Mendon, and Uxbridge.
- Follow health and safety standards.
Nice To Haves
- A driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Caregiving experience is not required; free HHA training and certification are available to candidates without experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with meals, errands, and medication reminders.
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Support clients with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
