About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Wendell, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Roles are available for CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people beginning a caregiving career. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with immediate-start opportunities and flexible scheduling. Available shifts are 8–12 hours and may be daytime, overnight, weekday, or weekend shifts. Caregivers may provide companionship and emotional support; assist with personal care and daily routines; prepare meals; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands; provide medication reminders; and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Responsibilities depend on the caregiver’s qualifications and client needs. The employer offers free caregiver training to qualified applicants and describes its office team as supportive and dedicated. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. - Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
