About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring caregivers at all experience levels to support seniors in Leverett, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Openings are available for CNA, HHA, PCA, and Homemaker roles; previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required, and free training is available for qualified applicants. The role offers $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with flexible scheduling and 8–12-hour shifts available during the day, overnight, on weekdays, and on weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
