About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers in Deerfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Immediate-start opportunities and flexible scheduling are available, with 8–12 hour shifts across daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend schedules. Qualified new hires may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Duties vary based on qualifications and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
