About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring caregivers in Cummington, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The agency is family-owned and offers opportunities for experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required; free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

The role pays $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available, including daytime and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends, and 8–12-hour shifts. Immediate-start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
