About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers, including CNAs, HHAs, and homemakers, to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes in Sterling and surrounding areas. Caregivers help clients with day-to-day activities and provide patient, friendly, and supportive assistance. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including short shifts, and caregivers can choose clients and hours. Applicants of all skill levels are welcome; no experience is required, and free HHA training and certification are available.

Requirements

• Be patient, friendly, and compassionate.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to follow instructions and handle a variety of tasks.
• Have reliable transportation to reach client locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide feeding, nutrition, and grooming support.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals, cook, and perform light housekeeping.
• Do laundry and change bed linens.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
