About The Position

We are seeking responsible and compassionate drivers to be a part of our growing team to provide transportation services for passengers throughout New York and the 5 boroughs. This role involves transporting passengers to essential appointments, work, and other trips throughout New York City. Our drivers are expected to prioritize passenger safety and assist individuals while ensuring timely and professional service.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class E Driver’s License
• Must have active and current TLC credentials
• TLC registered vehicle required
• No violations in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate your vehicle while providing safe transportation for passengers throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining a high level of safety and professionalism.
• Collect and accurately record fares from passengers.
• Coordinate with dispatch to confirm trip details and report any issues during the route.
