About The Position

Independence Home Health LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to provide in-home support to clients in the Sweetwater, Edinburgh, and Columbus, Indiana areas and surrounding communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts potentially available, as well as weekday and weekend opportunities. Caregivers may have consistent weekly schedules or pick up available shifts; schedules and hours depend on client needs and available assignments. Part-time and varying-hour opportunities are available. Pay is $16–$18 per hour.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, dependable, and responsible.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have good communication and time-management skills.
• Be able to follow care plans and instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred; training may be available.
• CNA, HHA, and PCA experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Communicate with the office regarding client needs and care.
