About The Position

Finney Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Bar Managers to lead beverage operations across its restaurant concepts, including The Tap and Social Cantina. Bar Managers take ownership of their bar programs, develop their teams, support strong guest experiences, and contribute to restaurant performance. Requirements

• Previous bar management or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail service.
• Experience with inventory management, beverage costs, and labor management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership approach, developing people and leading by example.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
• Oversee daily bar operations, service standards, and guest experience.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, costs, and profitability.
• Maintain consistent quality, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to improve performance and drive sales.
• Build an engaging, accountable, and team-oriented bar culture.
