About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a part-time Caregiver to support residents in its Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Caregivers provide personalized, person-centered care and support to help residents with daily needs and make each day brighter. Applicants may be experienced or newly certified; paid onboarding training and ongoing support are provided.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass medications.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, empathy, and reliability.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- CNA certification; CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR caregivers are invited to apply.
- CPR/First Aid knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers within the facility.
- Assist with medication administration; training is provided.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the leadership team.
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
