About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a Caregiver/CNA to provide person-centered assistance to residents in its Rosemount Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Caregivers work directly with residents to provide personalized support and help make each day brighter. The role is suitable for experienced caregivers and newly certified candidates. Medication administration training is provided. New team members complete a four-day onboarding program, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the company's Arden Hills, Minnesota training center. The position is offered across part-time and full-time schedules. The advertised AM shift is 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; employees must be available to work every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least six months of caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration after receiving training.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
