About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a Caregiver for its assisted living and memory care community in Lakeville. Caregivers provide personalized, person-centered care and support to senior residents. Both experienced caregivers and newly certified applicants are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirement. Medication-administration training is provided, and new team members attend a four-day onboarding program at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• Availability for an AM shift (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) or PM shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.).
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care.
• CNA certification.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report them to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
