About The Position

Villa de San Antonio Senior Living Community is seeking a PRN Caregiver to join its assisted living team in San Antonio, Texas. Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services in accordance with each resident’s service plan. Care is delivered in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, responding to their requests, and ensuring their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences are considered.

Requirements

• A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents when needed.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• A love for the senior population.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
