About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a Caregiver for its Maple Grove senior living community, which provides Assisted Living and Memory Care. Caregivers work directly with residents to provide personalized support in a person-centered care environment. The role is open to experienced or newly certified candidates who meet the stated experience requirement. New team members complete four days of paid onboarding training, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center, with ongoing support and development from experienced leadership. The listed schedule is the NOC shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with part-time availability and every-other-weekend work. The posting also notes that all part-time and full-time shifts require availability every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least six months of caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass medications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be a team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration; training is provided.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
