About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring Caregivers for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Inver Grove Heights. Caregivers work directly with residents to provide personalized, person-centered care and support. Applicants may be experienced or newly certified. New team members complete four days of paid onboarding training, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center. Ongoing support and development from experienced leadership and a team member development program with wage increases are also offered.

The listed shifts are 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Part-time and full-time opportunities are mentioned. All part-time and full-time shifts require availability to work every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
• Excellent communication, empathy, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work every other weekend for part-time and full-time shifts.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration; training is provided.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
