Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to serve clients throughout Southwest Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Morrisville. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is preferred
- CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not required
- Evening and weekend availability is especially helpful
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and supervision
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
- Preparing meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping
- Providing transportation or assistance with errands
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
- Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team
Benefits
- Pay ranging from $16.50–$25.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Rates based on experience, client needs, and shift length
- Shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours
