Huntington Caregivers Needed-Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring compassionate, dependable CAREgivers to provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes while maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life. The role includes building supportive relationships with clients and providing assistance with daily living, companionship, household tasks, errands, medication reminders, and dementia and Alzheimer’s care. The employer provides paid orientation, comprehensive initial and ongoing training, and additional education in dementia and palliative care. Experienced CAREgivers may join a six-week mentoring program to guide new team members. Flexible scheduling is available, with 4-, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts across day, evening, overnight, and weekend periods. Assignments are local when possible. The position is part-time, pays $13–$16 per hour as listed in the job details, and offers additional shift differentials and bonus opportunities. All offers depend on successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals.
- Assist with errands and appointments.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
