Caregivers Needed
About The Position
Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. The organization’s mission is to help clients maintain independence and have peace of mind. Caregivers are matched with clients and supported by a team, with an emphasis on consistent scheduling, client compatibility, and ongoing training. The role offers pay of $15–$18 per hour, based on experience, shift, and case complexity, and weekly pay with a daily pay option. Available shifts include day, midday, evening, overnight, weekends, and short shifts. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules are available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass background checks.
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, preferred; alternatively, reliable transportation.
