About The Position

Cambrian is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, including an open 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shift. Scheduling is flexible, with training available virtually and in person. The hourly pay rate is based on the assigned client’s location and ranges from $19 to $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
• Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification; these must be valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and supervise clients to ensure their safety.
• Support clients with behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores and homework while maintaining the client’s and family’s routines.
• Provide before- and after-school care.
• Provide hygiene care as needed.
