About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly wage is $19.00.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
- Pass a background check and reference check.
- Have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and supervise clients to maintain their safety.
- Assist with behavioral activities.
- Help with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s or family’s routine.
- Provide before- and after-school care.
- Provide hygiene care as needed.
- Be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
