About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role involves supporting clients’ safety, behavioral activities, daily routines, and personal care needs. The position offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. The hourly rate is $19.00–$21.00, based on the assigned client’s location.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
• Current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification; these must be valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and supervise the client to help ensure safety.
• Assist with behavioral activities.
• Help with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s and family’s routine.
• Provide before- and after-school care.
• Provide hygiene care as needed.
• Provide different levels of personal care as needed.
