About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes supporting clients’ safety, behavioral activities, household routines, and personal care needs. Caregivers must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.

The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a $200 sign-on bonus, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and support from an office team available 24/7. The hourly wage is $19.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
• Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification; these must be valid within 30 days of hire.
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and supervise the client to ensure safety.
• Support behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s or family’s routine.
• Provide before- and after-school care.
• Provide hygiene care as needed.
• Provide different levels of personal care.
