About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling aligned with caregivers’ career goals, weekly pay, support from an office team available 24/7, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly wage is $19.00.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
- Be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and supervise the client to support their safety.
- Assist with behavioral activities.
- Assist with chores and homework and maintain the client and family routine.
- Provide before- and after-school care.
- Provide hygiene care as needed.
- Be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
